Welcoming Our New Academic Board Member – Cynthia Manion

A very warm welcome to our newest academic board member Cynthia Manion who will to help guide our strategic direction.

Cynthia is a highly experienced educator and former Review Officer with the Education Review Office (ERO), where she developed deep expertise in school improvement, particularly with new schools.

She has extensive background in teaching, school leadership, teacher development, and literacy, and currently works as an education consultant while serving as an elected parent representative on a primary school Board of Trustees.

We are very fortunate to have Cynthia’s valuable expertise to help guide The Academy's development.
